My entire family was invited for dinner to celebrate Mother’s Day and my daughter’s birthday. I spent a huge part of the weekend planning and shopping for the meal – poached salmon, roasted potatoes, cold asparagus, salad, shrimp cocktail, cheese and crackers, birthday cake and a fruit salad. As long as I didn’t scarf down the cheese and crackers and just had a fork full of birthday cake I’d be fine. The foods were all safe and legal in Weight Watcher’s terms.
