The Hungry Ma’s Choco Taco

It’s never too late for anyone to start eating better. I can’t believe it! It really does work. Here’s my rendition of a Choco Taco – a sweet chocolate snack in a soft taco shell. Each wedge is two points. If I keep this up even my son might lose some weight.

2 Points Plus Chocolate-Cinnamon Quesadillas
2 Tbsp grated or chopped semisweet chocolate
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste
2 medium whole-wheat tortillas
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chocolate, 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar, and a 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon over half of each tortilla; fold tortillas over to cover ingredients. Set a medium dry skillet over medium hear, cook quesadillas, flipping once, until filling melts and they are speckled with brown spots, about two minutes per side. Cut each quesadilla in half and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
